CARBIDE TIPPED SAW BLADE FOR TUBES

The PVD coated and carbide tipped saw blade was developed to cut steel tubes on automatic sawing machines. High cutting performances on hard materials and excellent cutting surfaces characterize the quality of the EASYCAT T saw blade. With a small pitch of 170 teeth on a diameter of 350 mm this saw blade is a good solution for reaching high performances on tubes with high tensile strength and wall thicknesses bigger than 3,0 mm.

CARBIDE TIPPED CIRCULAR SAW BLADE FOR TUBES AND PROFILES ON FLYING SAWS

PVD coated and carbide tipped circular saw blade, developed to cut tubes and profiles on flying saws. Very high cutting and feeding speeds in case of thick-walled and hard material allow excellent productivity and provide an effective solution. With a small pitch of 170 teeth on a diameter of 350 mm the EASYCAT FS is a good alternative to a HSS circular saw blade for cutting of materials with wall thickness bigger than 3,0 mm.

CERMET TIPPED SAW BLADE FOR SOLID BARS

Cermet tipped saw blade, used to cut solid bars made of unalloyed and alloyed steel with low carbon content (< 0.45%). An adapted carbide grade as well as a specific grinding and brazing process allow a perfect cutting surface and avoid premature tooth breakage.

CARBIDE TIPPED SAW BLADE FOR HOLLOW PROFILES WITH LARGE CROSS SECTION

The EASYCAT TO is a PVD coated carbide tipped saw blade to be used on orbital sawing machines which are much more economical for large hollow profiles compared to standard sawing machines. During this process at least two saw blades are moving 360° around the material to be cut. By means of this process both cutting time and required outside diameter of saw blades are reduced. The EASYCAT TO series does not only reduce tool costs but also grants long lifetime due to customized design.

Product range

Due to the various applications the EASYCAT TO saw blades are manufactured as per customer’s request. The delivery program covers a diameter range from 250 - 380 mm.


CARBIDE TIPPED SAW BLADE FOR WELDED TUBES WITH INLYING CHIPS RESULTING FROM DEBURRING PROCESS

Due to its specially developed design this PVD coated saw blade is used on tube welding lines for cutting of tubes with inlying chips resulting from deburring process. This new development simultaneously grants high cutting speeds as well as long lifetime and constant wear.
